The Atlanta Fire Rescue Department (GA) has creatively placed Close Before You Doze fire facts on yard signs in front of all 31 of their fire stations throughout the city. Now, as residents drive or walk by, they can learn the importance of closing doors before going to bed in case there is a fire in the home. Citizens that may not have heard of the public fire safety campaign before and may not have access to the internet regularly, will now be exposed to the important tips and reasons to add closing doors to their bedtime routine.
